Step 1: Quick Actions & Header

Access key donor management functions from the header section. Use the search bar to find specific donors, apply advanced filters for detailed queries, sort records by various criteria, and generate professional print reports. All essential tools are readily accessible for efficient donor record management.

Step 2: Top Donors Ranking

View and analyze your top donors using the trends section. Filter rankings by year and period (quarterly, monthly, or all-time), choose ranking criteria (by amount, frequency, or recent activity), and toggle the "Hide Anonymous" option. The interactive chart updates in real-time based on your filter selections.

Step 3: Donation Category Tabs

Switch between donation types to focus your analysis. View "All Donations" for a complete overview, filter by "Money" to see only monetary contributions (cash, checks, online payments), or select "In-Kind" to display physical donations (food, clothing, supplies). The rankings and charts automatically update to reflect your selected category.

Step 4: Pie Chart Visualization

Switch to pie chart view using the "Chart Type" dropdown for proportional visualization. The interactive pie chart displays percentage breakdowns of top donors with color-coded segments and a detailed legend. This view is perfect for presentations and quickly identifying the relative contribution of each major donor at a glance.
