Inventory Management

Steps to upload:

1. Click "Upload Excel Records" button at the top
2. Download the template to see the required format
3. Fill in your inventory data in the Excel template
4. Upload the completed file and review the mapping
5. Confirm to add all items to your inventory

Filter options include:

• Search: Find items by name or description
• Category: Filter by item category
• Status: View available, low stock, or expired items
• Date Range: Filter by entry or expiry dates
• Sort: Arrange by name, quantity, or date

The + Add New Item button is located at the top right of the category section.

Click it to open the item creation form where you can enter all details for a new inventory item.

Required fields:

• Item Name: Product or item name
• Category: Type of item (Food, Medicine, Supplies, etc.)
• Quantity: Current stock amount
• Unit: Measurement unit (pieces, boxes, liters, etc.)

Optional fields:

• Expiry Date, Supplier, Cost, Description
• Minimum Stock Level, Storage Location
• Photo upload for visual reference
